Baron Régis Barthélemy Mouton-Duvernet (1769-1816), french General, named gouverneur de Valence by Louis XVIII. Allied to Napoléon during the hundred days war, he was shot at the return of the Bourbons.

This boulevard section is one of the main streets in the 14th district of Paris. You'll find many shops there, and if you search a little more, some very typical parisian streets in the district. Many famous artists use(d) to live here.

The superb metro entrance, build by Guimard. Just beside our bus 38's stop.

If you follow the Mouton Duvernet street or Brézin street you will join a nice little market, very typical from Parisian life. (Tuesdays and saturdays only...)

Rue Hallé, and it's surprising half a circe architectural buildings.
